What’s the most fun way to exercise?

I love walking. And I don’t drive due to my health conditions, how close it is to my home and climate considered perspective. I also cannot afford having a car on my economic situation.

So walking isn’t just exercise, it’s part of normal life for me as a Northerner and my deep family connection with nature and history.

I also like mountain hiking and climbing, both rock climbing and indoor climbing.

These are some good ways to keep health good both physical and emotional levels. It would not be the same without it.
